Satanic Rites of Drugula

Second day of Roskilde, Friday. I felt that I needed more than the 24-70mm could give me so I brought the 70-200mm on the second day of my music and photo trip to Roskilde. Found that way more helpful and useful when shooting from the audience. Was still lazy enough to stay at the same spots most of the time but there were a few changes now and then. It was a fun day with shows from noon till 2 in the morning.

This is what went down on friday: I am sorry for all the pictures that kinda look the same but it is really hard for me to choose when it isn't what I normally do and also when I had that much fun shooting these great shows so bare with me. If you still havn't had enough after all then press a picture and it will take you to my Flickr with even more shots.

Scream for me Roskilde!!

I went to this years Roskilde Festival armed with my trusty Canon 5D Mark II. Since I was just gonna shoot from the crowd I didn't really knew what to bring. Wasn't sure about running around with the big 70-200mm on it in the crowd all day so the first day I went for the 24-70 mm lens.

I have previously mentioned that I don't have any intension of stealing a spot as a band/live photographer but I got to admit that I did have a lot of fun shooting these three days of music. I might just be the fact that I was actually shooting something. One thing is sure, I did learn a lot from shooting a few days in a row.

Since this was just something I did for fun I usually just found a place to stay and shot from that point. Once in a while I would move around a bit but not that often so a lot of the shots are from the same angle which made it hard sometimes to catch some of the members of the groups.

YEAH

Anyway... here is the first day of Roskilde Festival 2011, click a picture to see more on my Flickr:

Red

F1420029 copy

Here is two rolls of Lomo Redscale RX film from our trip to Hong Kong. It was a great trip and super awesome to see our awesome friend Nick (AKA Electric Pick) again. Some of you might know and remember that he moved to Hong Kong earlier this year so we decided to come visit him and see this place that has stolen him from us.

More pictures to be expected here in a near future. Both digital and analogue.

As always just press a picture to go to my Flickr to see even more pictures.
